I am experiencing a state of Happiness and a feeling of relaxation after the NLP-i workshop.I am feeling more energetic and focussed .I am now more aware about my actions, thoughts and feelings. Planning more things to execute my plans to achieve goals in near future.
I am certainly more aware about areas i need to correct/ improve myself now. My goal would be to work in the field where my heart is and that gives me more happiness then other things.
Ashok’s NLP-i Course Design was excellent however would suggest incorporation of little bit of theory to satisfy ' planned people ' like me.:)
Ashok's Style of Training - Those who trust him unconditionally would certainly witness miracles ! His excellence and command over the subject were very much visible in the practical sessions. Though every session was conducted in a relaxed, light and humorous manner, at times even appeared nothing was happening or what's going on.... yet it was wonderful to realise that so much happened unknowingly in a playful manner at a deeper level which was very much evident upon introspection . It was really touching to see an honest master who worked hard and planned so much in detail while appearing to do nothing ! I could sense that at the end of the session our master was really drained, he handled so much from some of us with patience and his brilliance. The kindness, simplicity and honesty were very inspiring !
Sudha's Style of Training is very good command of subject and meticulous preparation and delivering in short, compact and effective manner. To the point !
Gungun & Chandan were lovely people to know !
Manju Verma' Style is very Marvellous, very inspiring ! would love to learn more from her about movement therapy. Her rhythm and energy were infectious !
Swami Radha Krishna's Style - He inspires to unlearn everything and 'JUST BE ' with childlike innocence .
I need your support it whenever i need direction and also for further learning .
You are perfect ! Inspiring ! however scope for betterment always remains..

What I am taking back with me from the NLP-i Practitioner Workshop is the power of simplicity from Ashok Sir!
One of my major learnings from this workshop is your thoughts have great power. Exercise what you want, you will have it. I got this job immediately after this NLP-i workshop
Post the NLP-iworkshop I started writing down positive statements and started believing in myself. Things have positively changed a lot for me post the workshop.
My focus now is to make myself believe in me.
• NLP-i Course Design

This amazing NLP-i practitioner’s workshop with Ashok Subramanian has provided me with the insights and mental processing of working a structured life in an unstructured way from the unpredictability of life. This ability has developed and stayed and is helping me build my life more purposefully providing greater achievements in shorter time spans.
I experienced a tremendous change post the NLP-i workshop, a few a mentioned below:
• Have a clearer understanding of the purpose of my life and existence.
• Am at a higher and more stable form of positivity. (inner positivity)
• Have experienced a paradigm shift in my ability to think, view and feel.
• Understand some of the why’s in my life.
• Appreciate varied judgments, perceptions, and personalities.
Certainly new things were bound to happen post this extraordinary NLP-i workshop.
Besides the various personality and behavioural changes the new do-ings for me are:
• Have started studying NLP in detail.
• Share knowledge more freely though do not force it on others any more.
• Hear all that the other person has to say, listen and understand and consciously not be judgmental.
• Am working regularly on improving my health.
• Am actively acting on a lot of things in my life where I was initially procrastinating alone and all without stress.
Am following a 3-3 focus approach, Prime focus areas are : (1st set )
1. Study NLP in depth.
2. Model people and their attributes that I desire.
3. Health improvement and weight management.
I personally believe that the NLP-i course by Ashok is aptly designed to provide customized takeaways for each participant attending the workshop with an open mind. Though it might be somewhat challenging for others who are on the lookout for specific outcomes. Thus the expectations should be set in-line to the same a day or 2 before the program commences. Also independent coaching sessions for others on the lookout for very specific situations would be a big help.
Ashok is a thorough trainer and coach, he mixes, modifies and customizes his approach so that the learnings and takeaways just flow into your system of being only that you as a participant have to be open and unconditional in absorbing things even if you don’t understand them at the moment. Ashok also exposes you to other parallel streams of learning by providing small windows with other quality trainers too, which provides a holistic n complete platform of learning.
Sudha Shankar is a tremendous source of knowledge and has an amazing way of simplifying things and assures full understanding.
Gungun and Chandan are both unique in their style, at such a young age they portray and exude divine contentment and tranquility in their conduct and persona that one wonders if one would ever be able to achieve even 10% of it in this materialistic world. They put all your unrest at ease through their special medium and very simply give away the secrets of their charisma to you.
Manju visually sets a perception of curiosity converting it into a perception of rock solid persona the moment she starts to speak and then very quickly moves into a flowing consistency and takes you along effortlessly with the pleasant flow of her auditory and kinesthetic persona till you re-explore and flow in your own liquidity in a short span of time. She is a master worth exploring and experiencing in depth as she promises a different and wonderful you.
Swami Radha Krisha is a bundle of surprises and certainly does not fit into the generic mold of a swami. He is packed with tones and lodes of knowledge, information and gyan ready to be shared with any and everybody who is truly wanting to look for answers in their life’s physical and psychological areas of concern. His persona is a gigantic expanse that a few hours spend with him are equivalent to only a few seconds thus calls for longer interactions.
Yes, you certainly can use my feedback given above as testimonial on your site, it would make me glad to have contributed in what so ever small way in helping wonderful people and would provide a feeling of being further connect to you.
My advice to Ashok is to “Be himself “ as I experienced him during the workshop and be easily accessible. I would like to keep this vertical open for further interactions and suggestions with you!
- Rachana Kalra, Corporate Trainer, New Delhi attended Ashok's NLP-i Workshop @ New Delhi during Mar 2016
Ashok’s NLP-i Practitioner Workshop is a fulfilling experience. It helped me knowing myself better & remove the baggage and I am feeling very light.
I am no longer the quick judgemental person now. Now, post workshop,as I know that I make quick judgements(good or bad) and stick to them and react accordingly, I am consciously making efforts not be judgemental and just perceive things/situations/people’s reaction etc. as they are and later analyse them and not to react in haste.
Ashok I would like to thank you for bringing this to my notice and that too in such a way that I didn’t feel being judged and your feedback came so naturally. It is really helping me in improving my relation with my husband as I am no longer reacting on his actions on behaviours as I used to do earlier and it actually averted one or two situations into a lighter niknak which would have otherwise resulted in a major fight between us (as it happened in the past).
Now I feel more confident as I have learnt to accept myself as I am and have started loving myself. I am now spending more time with my son and now not asking him to behave in a particular manner. I am letting him being himself and I am sure he too is enjoying it as he too wants me to be with him more than before (touch wood).
I finally got the courage to follow my heart. I have left the job which was paying me well but somehow I wasn’t happy doing it. I am now looking for something which I will feel more connected to.
Ashok’s NLP-i Course Design :
Though it was my first such workshop but I liked the way it was conducted. It was good to have experts from different field together though would have been great if they had more time for the sessions.
• Ashok Subramanian
Ashok is a great trainer and more than a trainer a great human being. His simplicity has attracted me the most and his wit and humor is amazing. He hits you hard but in a way that you want it more. He is knowledgeable and has a passion for what he is doing. I don’t like trainings where it is just download of material so I enjoyed the way he imparted training by keeping it light and more like discussions.
Ashok, I would need you to confuse me whenever needed :) Not going to leave you so easy. Will definitely need & seek your advice.
• Sudha Shankar
Sudha is very calmed person and it matches her profession. Her presence gives a soothing effect and the way she simplified hypnosis and other things associated with it was easy to understand. I remember “ Up Until Now”.
• Gungun & Chandan
Gungun and Chandan are just amazing. Such simple silent observers and too passionate about their work. Being with them itself is a learning that how to be disassociated while being associated with your surroundings & vice versa.
• Manju Verma
She is very energetic and full of life. In the little time she spent with us, helped me realize the importance of movements. To get more understanding on her subject, need to have a longer session with her.
• Swami Radha Krishna
Swami has an amazing sense of wit & humor and he has immense knowledge on Indian Ayurvedic system & its importance in our daily life. He made the subject easy to understand and his advice is helpful.
- Sujata Chakraborty Thakur, Admin Manager & EA, HEP attended Ashok’s NLP-i Practitioner Workshop @ New Delhi during Jan 2016
What has stayed with me from the NLP-i workshop is
# “Diplomatic Control Freak”, the title I received towards the end of the program, which continuously reminds me what I need to change
# Pattern of using force (“should”) to fulfill my goals & expecting same from others, but only till 23rd April 2016 - the day I learnt of it & started to change my behavior. This pattern is albeit exhausting both for self & others and focuses attention only on result while people/process issues may get sidelined
# Pattern of “Dil Maange More”, achieving goals & setting out another goal to achieve even more. This takes away the enjoyment element of the process & celebration.
# “Allow people to fall in love with me” (by being a mere witness & not being in a ‘doing’ mode myself at all times) is another punch line which has stayed with me from the small & valuable breakfast meeting I had with Ashok during the workshop
# To observe other people’s patterns/models of behavior to achieve whatever they wish to and add to my repertoire those models which work for me too
# Storytelling & humour is a wonderful way to learn & teach both (Ashok & Swamiji). I could develop this art in my day to day conversation to enrich it further
# Feedback from co-participants : I have a positive effect on the people around me. Esp. on my speaking/enquiring manner
# Feedback from Ashok : I am eager to learn, accept feedback well & possibly share feedback well
Since I am more aware of my patterns, I have started to act on it. Usage of force/’should’ has reduced in my vocabulary & thereby consciousness. I am going more easy on myself & others and not stuffing my mental suitcase ?
Post the NLP-i Practitioner workshop, I
# Shared the workshop learnings with my family
# Bought new clothes for myself last weekend ?
# Using my learnings from all sessions as much as possible
My focus in developing myself is now
# To be a successful Executive/Life Coach
# To become a captivating storyteller. Storytelling & humour is a wonderful way to learn & teach (model Ashok, Swamiji, SadhGuru) . I could develop this art in my day to day conversation to enrich it further
# One of the best way to learn something is to teach it. Explore possibility of taking a small session for a small group on a topic which tugs my/others heart and can add value to all.
# To identify role models of successful & inspiring Executive/Life Coaches and set for myself a road-map to become one
# Allow life to come to me instead of rushing to get it
# To observe other people’s patterns/models of behavior to achieve whatever they wish to and add to my repertoire those models which work for me too
# Replacing ‘should’ (force/no-other-choice) with ‘could’ (possibility/choice) in thought, speech & action for self & consequently others
# Celebrate & enjoy the flow !
NLP-i Course design was great & touched upon other dimensions of our personality/being. It could even be called a Holistic Healing Program for self development & growth
Ashok’s Training Style is Excellent. He is a great storyteller. Spontaneous, down-to-earth & gentle. Created perfect environment for participants to be their natural self, open up & learn.
Sudha Shankar’s style of training is Brilliant. 20 min self hypnosis is a great take-away from her session
Manju Verma’s style of training is Very Effective & confident. Brutally honest & in the face for producing desired results in a short span of time. Got people to open & confront themselves in a short period of time which was remarkable.
Manasi Saxena &her style of training is very effective. NVC concept is amazing & shifting focus on ‘need’ of the person instead of outward behaviour is a brilliant takeaway from her session.
Swami Radha Krishna is a Showstopper ! No doubt his presentation was at the end of the show !! On the serious side found his simplicity, authenticity & storytelling art very engaging. Am following certain lifestyle tips he shared in the session.
Gnostic Centre is a sanctuary & a wonderful, calm place to open up & absorb positive vibrations of the nature as well as learn. A reasonably priced residential program here would make it an amazing retreat as well.
#As I shared above, the best way for me to learn something may be to teach it. I Would be grateful if Ashok can allow me to assist him in his training program from time to time; allow me to take a small session in any of his training programs on a subject which tugs at my/others heart, resonates with his overall program theme and can add value to all.
# Given my strengths & improvement spots, help me set up a road map for myself to achieve my goals and review from time to time
- Nidhi Mota, Founder & Principal Consultant, Catalyst HR Partner, New Delhi attended Ashok’s NLP-i Workshop @ New Delhi during Apr 2016
What I learnt from this NLP-i Practitioner Workshop is that NLP is more about changing and developing yourself by identifying patterns rather than trying to change something that’s not in your control. It is all about having flexible thought patterns. The expansion in thoughts and the concept of broad thinking has stayed with me after the workshop experience.
I have started looking at scenarios and situations differently post the NLP-i workshop. Through knowing principles of NVC I have started thinking of the ‘beautiful need’ in the other person which has definitely taught me a positive approach of concluding conversations more effectively. I have also understood that most limitations arise due to our constrained thinking and negative thoughts, and that anything can be achieved once decided.
Post the NLP-i Practitioner workshop, for the first time in my life I have registered for the Mumbai marathon.
I use more words with more expression wherever possible and apt ?.
My focus now after the NLP-i workshop is to live a happy and balanced life and to help people by being a life coach in the future.
The 5 day NLP-i Practitioner workshop was well conceived, thought out and designed. Rather than being fixed to a pre decided schedule the facilitators let the training take its own course which was quite unique as per me (not experienced this in my formal trainings attended earlier). The amalgamation of NLP with other disciplines viz. Hypnosis, Movement therapy, NVC etc. was a great concept and added flavor to the entire program.
Ashok sir has a unique ability of observing and analyzing behaviors of people in a very short span of time (a rare quality not found in many trainers today), and communicating them to the participants without offending them. He personalizes NLP for every trainee and then converses at the level of each participant. The best part about him is the space he gives to learn and observe during the workshop. A very down to earth person, who does not judge any participant but helps them genuinely to the best possible extent.
Mr. Rajiv Naidu is very knowledgeable in his subject area. He can hold the attention of his participants effortlessly. Has a great commanding voice. The practical hypnotism session was very interesting.
Devika is a bundle of energy. She ensured that every trainee participated in each dance form and explained the meanings beautifully. What she has achieved so early on in life is simply amazing!
Sonal was good and knew her subject well. I felt that the examples used and the role plays done could be much better executed to drive home the need for NVC. Overall the session went well.
Japneet & Minu were great help during the program. They were quite approachable and were very friendly with the participants. I guess they have what it takes to become future NLP Trainers.
I think Just being in touch and speaking once in a while to check if I am on the right course would mean a lot ?.

Informal, very cozy and comfortable venue.
It felt like a nice gurukul where we came to learn something for ourselves.

I have learnt a lot from the NLP-i Workshop. it was a very wonderful experience to observe, learn from a different perspective. The different models like nvc, dance, hypnosis and Ayurveda opened new insights to look into life. I am happy that I have learnt this way to experience nlp. The specific areas of my learning are as follows.
• I have started giving the expression in conversation, stopped self criticism, and every moment awareness about my advising and teaching patterns.
• I am now involved with family on much contributing level rather than advisory role.
• Stop blaming others on my mental states, and not interrupting in conversations, actually Building a contributory conversation frame .
• I have identified some of my thought patterns where a change will be great i.e self analysis.
Post the NLP-i workshop, Lots have changed in my life…
• I started giving my academic session with much expressions and with out aggressiveness. Listening much from other side.
• Having smile most of the time and enjoying the compliments from friends that energy is glowing on face.
NLP-i Course Design was very creative , spontaneous, as per the demand of that moment. The best part is that the other subjects involved in the course were unique, so that "learning of different perspective” could be learned practically. It was to the point , very much on working or practical side.
Ashok and his style of training was simply good, spontaneous, proactive approach to make participant aware and learn faster. His Uniqueness is in his ability to model the participant and teaching as per the participant’s requirements. He discusses his personal experience in life as case study method and give us a different view and the best part was, the family is contributing makes environment very easy and impressive. If ashok sir write his personal experience as case study and give to participant to discuss and than make them learn, if possible
Ranjita Jerukar & her style of training is Quite impressing, actually know what to deliver and how to deliver. She is very much clear in her approach.
Swami Radha Krishna is a true and genuine monk, naturally guiding , want to spent more time with him. Modeling swami and spent some time with him will be more effective.
Tripura Kashyap & her style of training is Good. I learnt how to express myself from this session only. Please increase this session to whole day and more techniques will be more helpful.
The Course venue was good. With family, a very homily environment makes tough things easy in learning. It was very easy to accommodate with every one due to this environment. For hypnosis more comfortable place can be chosen else it was perfect place to learn. More I would like to say your venue is more like an ashram.
Going forward, I would like you to Just discuss personally, post articles ,worksheets, questionnaire on email/ wats up etc. After some time having 1-2 days workshop with same group and identify the area where an individual could work more and compare himself last mental state and present state.
- Sudhir Sharma, Academician, Pune attended Ashok’s NLP-i Workshop @ Bangalore during Feb 2016.
NLP-i Course Design is Very Good. It was a good collage of different styles of therapy. I have learnt the following from this NLP-i Workshop
2. Holistic Approach towards life and how to use NLP in therapy.
3. Different therapies addressing the self specially the Ayurveda, Dance therapy and Hypotherapy
Post the NLP-i workshop, I have learnt
1. To identify patterns within self and others through the questioning techniques
2. To develop a greater thirst towards different therapies as to how one can use it in one’s life to discover more of oneself and then in turn help others.
Thank You for the simplicity and please keep it up.
- Munish Khanna, Director, South Leasing - Phoenix Malls ltd, Bengaluru attended Ashok's NLP-i Workshop @ Bangalore during Feb 2016
Ashok’s NLP-i Practitioner Workshop has initiated a curiosity for NLP. Apart from that, memories of time spent with each other especially the song session on the last day has established connection with other people and I am looking forward for some more sessions with you. I am trying to identify my models. I am also working to know the things which I do consciously and unconsciously. Sessions of Swami Ji, Manju and Sudha Mam has also added value into my learning and the way I perceive the things. I would say perception has changed somehow.
I am still introspecting myself. Something has changed in me, can’t be explained in words. Learning to say, “No”, moreover I am feeling more expressive in office environment. I am feeling more relaxed. As I mentioned earlier, perception is changing with every moment now. Now I know which all aspects of myself where I can start working. I discussed the problem I face in the office with the employer and got few solutions after discussing it. I have started identifying modelling the people around me who are doing good in different aspects. To develop myself, first I need to be aware of myself. I am introspecting myself. Few things of self-improvement I identified in the training program. My goal is to work on those and Identify more.
• NLP-i Course Design
Excellent Course Design. It covered all aspects of self-development. And by having experts of those fields as Trainer I felt enriched.
• Ashok and his style of training
This style of provocative learning is good. It actually exposed me in front of myself and shown me who I am somehow if not fully yet. It has initiated a thought process and I am feeling like a child who has started learning again while looking to others.
• Sudha Shankar & her style of training
Sudha had a strong stage presence and topics introduced by her were very interesting and relevant. Though I found 3 hours session was not enough and curiosity is still there to attend her more sessions. Her style of teaching was more theoretical, precise and to the point. However It helped me to get to know about hypnosis.
• Gungun & Chandan & their style of training
Gungun and Chandan has opened a window of looking at the things. “Stay in Present” is the line I still remember.
• Manju Verma & her style of training
With Manju, I felt like a kid enjoying in a free flowing river. I got aware that how much are we different from our authentic self and how difficult is to be authentic.
• Swami Radha Krishna & his style of training
I found it very peaceful still humorous. He used satirical language to show how we live our life today as well as the knowledge of Ayurveda he shared was really good. 1 to 1 session has actually provided insight about our health as well as the solutions of the same. He also made me realized how important is to live a healthy life.
Ashok’s guidance will always be sought. I see this as a life-long relationship. I would like to talk more with him whenever I get the chance.
Please plan more programs in Delhi and if few more days could be added into this course.
